The Hyperledger global forum recently announced that it has begun the registration period for people who intend to attend the four day global event that is to take place from December 12-15, 2018 at the Basel Congress Center in Basel, Switzerland. The Inaugural Forum, hosted by the Linux Foundation, will feature keynotes from a number of guest speakers, innovation theaters as well as workshops which aim to demonstrate hands on knowledge about the technology to the attendees. The Event is being sponsored by a number of high profile tech giants including CISCO and IBM.
Developers, suppliers and the end users from all over the world can participate in the event which is being conducted for spreading awareness about the evolving blockchain technology and supporting the pre-existing blockchain ecosystem and community. The first two days of the event will feature a forum with keynotes from contributors and well known personalities from the blockchain community, breakout sessions, and technical tracks. The workshops and other hands on demonstration of knowledge sessions will be conducted on the following days. The workshops conducted on 14th will be repeated on the closing day in order to enable more individuals to accumulate as much knowledge as they can.

He is also the special adviser to IBM Security and the Chief Technology Officer at IBM Resilient. Frank Yiannas, the Vice President of Food Safety at Walmart and the award winning Innovator, Leanne Kemp from Everledger who is also on the IBM Blockchain Platform Board of Advisers.
The event is receiving a diamond sponsor from Accenture, the provider of services ranging from consulting to developing infrastructure operations. IBM and CISCO are the gold sponsors whereas nu cipher and r3 are the bronze ones among several others. The Swiss Finance + Technology Association has been announced as its official community partner, which is a non profit organization, and has been actively managing and conducting events for putting Switzerland on the forefront in the world of Fintech.
Hyperledger is an open source alliance which targets to bring together various blockchain platforms under a single roof.
