World’s First Blockchain-Based Real Estate Purchase Platform Incorporates 90 New Affiliate Partners

The company behind the conception of the first-ever blockchain-based platform providing the services of purchasing real estate and renting it, ShelterZoom, has recently announced the incorporation of 90 new affiliate partners across the globe in addition to filing for two new blockchain-related patents.

However, this news is merely a precedent for a major upcoming announcement due in November, that is presumably going to revolutionize the real estate industry and introduce a new way to buy, sell and rent real estate. Edward (Ted) Borlenghi, realtor and architectural designer at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty in the Greater San Diego area said,

From my standpoint, ShelterZoom is the right company with the right platform at the right time. They have addressed the major pain points suffered by real estate professionals and consumers alike – security, transparency and efficiency among them – in a truly innovative way.

Assimilating affiliates has expanded the territory of ShelterZoom’s project to the entire US, in addition to the spreading its vastness across the globe by two times. Among these 90 newly incorporated affiliates are some of the high profile firms all over the globe. The ones worthy of mentioning are Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty in Ohio, Luxe Real Estate Group in Arizona and I Am Big Boss Pte Ltd. in Singapore. Yann Yang, Founder of I Am Big Boss Pte Ltd. in Singapore, expressed how ShelterZoom has lent a helping hand to his firm by saying,

ShelterZoom has completely reinvented the real estate game. They have created a technology platform like none that I have seen in real estate and made it simple for my firm to get up and running as an affiliate.

Blockchain has a myriad of applications in the real estate industry. Data and records being on DLT can make the processes of buying, selling and renting property undeniably more transparent, efficient, secure and profitable. There are firms that stick to rather archaic versions of recording records and contract on paper, but ShelterZoom providing use-cases by the incorporation of smart contracts has been turning quite a few heads, making a lot of real estate firms make the migration and sign up as an affiliate.

The previously filed patents in September will bring added functionality to realize ShelterZoom’s aim to build a decentralized ecosystem of property buying, selling and renting. But the big question right now is what does it plan to do moving forward?
