The Future Can Be HR Goals

Companies are hiring left, right, centre -across worldwide, right.

People live scattered, in huge and small chunks everywhere.

Companies want cheap (and lately, creative/ resourceful) employees.

Globalization has made travelling so easy. Time space convergence has made societies so similar and super aware of what is happening everywhere. Communication lags and opportunity vacuum should not exist anymore. Well, theoretically at least.

But, yes they should not and there is a way to make it happen.

If people are to move in a fashion that all obsolete jobs are shuffled, all newer jobs can be marked, people can quickly adapt and be relocated with ease then the globally economic and employment issue can be resolved. Yes this will mean that some countries will have very few people and some may have too many, but then, those countries can offer incentives for people (along with companies) can return and the whole economic system can be rebooted once again. The world this way becomes a flexible toy and the pieces of the puzzle will be as adaptable as clay.

The human experience can not be reduced to machines and technology, but isn’t this tech what defines us now? I defines our time and age, and this is all the reason why we need this thing to happen. To promote what good everybody can enjoy, in a way that it is least damaging. We need to make the inevitable technological wave as friendly and least damaging as possible.

Okay yes, depending on your ideology, birthplace and exposure you may have a different opinion on the concept of urban-rural migration and its socio-economic implications.

And that is okay, being opinionated is okay. It is good and welcomed. Needed in fact in the contemporary day and age.

So, yes, we have mixed feelings about it. Yes, intolerant government in various nations makes it worse for many of us to welcome refugees, migrants and be color inclusive. But, it is fine.

In the future economy if businesses are to function and sell, they must be diverse and color inclusive, they must be representative of the minorities as much as they are of the mass natives. The idea is that the future economies are more mixed, this means that the customer range consists of everybody. So they clearly need people from all ethnic, geographic and social backgrounds to make their products work and the $$$ to flow in.

To make such products, such well blended and creative groups of people must be incorporated. So as per corporate needs, the human resource selection will be more diverse than that of today, and owing to blockchain we can have huge networks of completely decentralised communities of workers and hiring companies, just like Uber and other similar ride-hailing apps to be entirely safe, bias free, meritocratic and up to date.

The can help people cope and through perfect information correct any labor market failures that the future holds. 

So the threat of tech replacement can be neutralized by the handling of tech in a manner that blockchain solves all global labor market operations in a way to turn the failures into perfect matches through completely randomized algorithm based selections that no HR team has ever pulled off.

Not that i have heard of some, have you? Would you look for a job this way? I know I would!
