Bitcoin Price: BTC Barely Floating Above $4k Mark

The overall market capitalization has been under a bloodbath for a while now. The overall market cap has fallen from over $200 billion to merely $124 billion. Individually the currencies have suffered gravely, with BTC standing at $4k, the premium currency has been fluctuating in valuation between the $3k and $4k range.

ETH has lost almost 50% of its valuation falling from $200 to $113 (press time). Even after the week of major plunges, the market hasn’t yet stabilized and is showing major signs of red with drops in valuations of XRP (Trading at $0.357), BCH ($190.33), USDT ($0.984) and almost all others.
The investors and enthusiasts are pretty unsure of the situation of the cryptos but there is a wave of optimism surrounding, which says that the drop in valuations would act like a slingshot for crypto, the lower the currencies are pulled, the higher would be the resultant surge during the bullish run. The analysts have predicted that the lowest for BTC would probably be at $3,000 after which the rise would start again. Recently, Anthony Parker shared his views talking to BlockPublisher saying that volatility is a part of all markets and rises and falls are a part of the game. He stated,
Even Gold, when it became a new asset class, had large market volatility. We need to give this technology time to bed in!
The views of the analysts and crypto enthusiasts have garnered a lot of attention of people towards the crypto domain, specifically Bitcoin. Resultantly, the google searches for the word Bitcoin have started to increase. Last time this happened was last year before the BTC spike event. The google searches spiked and due to the increased hype, the currency spiked to its all time high, $20K. The hopes are high now, all eyes are on the crypto space. Mati Greenspan, the market analyst at eToro also noticed the increased google searches in his recent tweet,

It is hoped that much like last year, this year also brings a feasty Christmas for crypto!
