Cryptocurrencies of the Celestial Sphere; Find Out Yours!

Being a big contender and believer of horoscopes, I wanted to know if there was any coin that represented my star and to my surprise, there was! Which got me searching for more. I wanted to see if I was able to find the zodiac sign for every crypto enthusiast?

So, let’s try and find cryptocurrencies dedicated to each of the 12 astrological constellations.

Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 18)

The cycle of zodiac starts with Aquarius and bingo! We were able to find its cryptocurrency. Its called Aquariuscoin or the much cooler alternate ARCO. It was first mined on February 19, 2016. However, today the coin is not as popular as it used to be but its up and running.

Pieces (Feb 18 – March 20)

Sadly, there’s no Piecescoin, but there’s Coinye whose logo is shaped like Kanye West shaped like a fish and trust me, he was not happy with this information. He disapproved of the idea and had his lawyers shut down the project. The token was introduced on January 11, 2014, and only lasted for two years.

Aries (March 20 – April 21)

Aries had two coins to its name but they’re both dead. The sob story of AriesCoin/ATQ sounds like a scam, so we aren’t taking it seriously. Then there’s also GOATCoin and though it hasn’t been active since 2014. The name stood for “Greatest altcoin Of All Time”, the mascot is a goat in a military uniform. However, the powerful symbols didn’t help the crypto survive.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21)

Known for their stubbornness, the coin couldn’t make it in the market and is dead. Taurus or TRC wasn’t a long-lasting token.

Gemini (May 21 – June 21)

All hail the mighty crypto – Gemini! This one coin has its game as its popularity grows day by day. The space-themed site reminds us of astrology.

Cancer (June 21 – July 23)

Bad news Cancerians, there’s no zodiac currently dedicated to cancer, but there’s a CureCoin which was designed to cure the disease with the same name. With a relatively low market cap, the project has helped many people out there.

Leo (July 23 – Aug 23)

The king of stars has its own sign and why shouldn’t they! The LEOcoin, more popularly known as Leo has a market cap of almost $52 million. It’s quite low as compared to other currencies but at least it’s something and not dead, unlike many others.

Virgo (Aug 23 – Sept 23)

With only one mention to its name, there’s not much we could work with. But the alternate, NSFW substitute is there for you. TitCoin or simply TIT is the best Virgo one could hope to meet. The coin gained much of its popularity in 2014 and after a while, it’s market cap has risen again very recently.

Libra (Sept 23 – Oct 23)

There has been a bit of buzzing regarding LibraCoin in 2014. Apparently, for some, it appeared on the market for a while before going dark and the developers deleted their posts. Though it seems like a scam to many, the LibraCoin is still afloat.

Despite tiring efforts to get something, something as good as a substitute to it, we could not find coins either for Scorpio or for Saggitarius. But there’s not much to worry because this craze is still running high and in no time, there will be another coin enthusiast like you who wants their stars to align with their wallet. And, who’s to say that YOU can’t make it too, amirite?!

Capricorn (Dec 23 – Jan 20)

The last of the Mohicans – in this case Zodiac – has a coin its name. A rather simple ordeal, Capricorn with a market cap of $489,000. On July 23, Capricorn celebrated its third birthday and with this, we conclude our zodiac cycle.

For zodiac fanatics reading this know that there’s no other way you could create your coin before but you can now. So take the destiny in your own hand and change the state of your stars!
