Crypto-illiteracy Is Destroying Our Future

Imagine a world where everything goes almost alright, all genders are given equal respect because the legal system is iron clad, people are not racist or intolerant anymore because it is actually a free world and all odds and life chances are highly decentralized, human body is not exoticized, racialized or objectified, fair trade is genuinely fair trade, unfair trade is an archaic concept and people no longer trade with countries that make counterfeit products, there is no copyright infringement, computer based work is mostly automated, cars are self paying, self driven, companies are mostly human less, businesses no longer exploit workers because they are worker run and worker made, people lead happy satisfied lives with more than ever time for their Netflix and chill plans, everything, including world travel planning can be done within the confines of the home, even governments of big major states are involved in automated governance, and the list of the descriptive phenomenon things happening can go on, but, just imagine this world.

This world is our fate, this is the world of blockchain it is quite advanced and helpful. Much like a utopia of the jetsons that we have grown up hoping for. The world is good, but hey here is the glitch. The things around are just like we had hoped for and prepared ourselves for. But, there are still people who do not believe in the technology or even worse do not understand how it works.

The people of such sort are exactly the kind of people that we all need to help. We need to help them understand and we need to bridge the gap to ensure that they can enjoy the benefits of this tech as well. And maybe they can come up with their two cents in the evolution process.

Much of us skeptics really worry about robots taking our place in the workplace, while in reality what robots do is make happen things that human beings have not been able to, or may not be so good at. These things do not mean that robots are replacing human beings but this means that they have helped in adding value to human civilization is ways that human beings could not before.

Similarly, the internet was both feared for and hated initially. And now are the same generation of baby boomers and the silent generation all wooed by the android an ios game collections or e-commerce?

People fear what they do not understand, Magneto said it the best. And thus the crypto-illiteracy is a real thing and a serious problem of the future of those who do not know any better.
