Cryptocurrency is all set to defy December sadness. The first day of this month in graphs shows that surrender isn’t on the crypto’s mind.
Bitcoin:
The king is looking strong. Broke away the $4,000 barrier and is now trading at $4,200 press time.
Ripple:
The second largest cryptocurrency by market cap up around 3 percent over the past 24 hours and trading at $0.37 as of press time.
Ethereum:
The third in line by market cap is also having a good day, trading at $120 press time, up from yesterday’s $111.
Market Capitalization:
Market is up by about $8 billion, a great rush-in for cryptocurrency and equally good for volatility critics.
The best performer on CoinMarketCap was Factom, which saw an up sign of 16% while the worst was DEX, surprisingly down by the same value.
On the whole, a good day.
