Former PayPal and Ebay Executive Sanja Kon Joins UTRUST as Global Partnerships VP
Arrival marks an important shift of talent from finance sector to blockchain

Swiss based cryptocurrency payment solution provider UTRUST announced yesterday that ex-executive of global organizations PayPal and Ebay, Sanja Kon has joined its network. The UTRUST team announced of Kon’s arrival into the setup as Vice President of Global Partnerships and that she joins effective immediately.
As VP of Global Partnerships, Kon will look to develop newer relationships with key international stakeholders while strengthening existing ones to improve the accessibility of digital assets and increase cryptocurrency adoption. UTRUST took to their Twitter feed to share their delight of Sanja’s arrival.

Sanja worked most recently as Head of Marketplaces and Large Enterprise Partnerships for PayPal in the U.K., joining in January 2018. Prior, she had worked for eBay in Italy and the U.K. from 2013 to 2017, holding executive positions with increasing responsibility before becoming Head of European Partnerships.
Nuno Correia, co-founder and CEO of UTRUST felt that Kon’s induction to the UTRUST team was absolutely critical and the right move for both parties.. She said:

Sanja is a versatile business advocate who holds a double masters degree from Copenhagen Business School and Bocconi University in Milan and can speak English, Italian, Croatian and Serbian fluently.
Her involvement in blockchain and cryptocurrencies is not only a big coup for UTRUST but also the space as a whole. It marks a paradigm shift for leading business advisers from the tech and finance sector moving towards the blockchain industry.
